I had the opportunity to drive our new Turtle Top bus again last Friday, the first time since it was in for service. I want you to know that it was a pleasure and our senior adults have so much fun on our outings.

I thought I should write and officially convey our apprecation to you, Bob and Vikki for your consideration of our wants and desires. I must apologize for my over-reaction regarding the slide out battery feature that we were expecting, not realizing that it wan an "add on extra". In reality, I am not sure if we would have chosen to include that optional extra but now that we understand the situation we are quite comfortable without it. Thank you for your offer to split the cost for a retrofit even though we have chosen not to do that.

We appreciate your caring for the return of the bus to the factory for the necessary work items, including picking it up and returning it - even with a full tank of gas. It appears all items were cared for effectively - even the addition of a "fan only" feature for the rear of the bus at no additional cost. Thank you very much. We enjoyed that feature last Friday on a cool fall day.

I also want to thank you for your patience in helping us learn all we needed or wanted to know before ordering the bus, including arranging the very beneficial plant tour. That tour resulted in us not seriously investigating the competion.

It has been a pleasure to deal with you over the past couple of years and we look forward to many years of satisfaction as we continue to enjoy our Turtle Top bus.

Yes, you were successful in becoming our "Bus Lady".
